Southwestern Pecos County in southwestern Texas... * Until 445 PM CDT. * At 143 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered to numerous thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen with the heavier storms that have developed. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
