Description:
At 247 PM CDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate slow moving
showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned
area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain with very localized totals near
3 inches have fallen. A trained weather spotter reported flash
flooding at the intersection of State Highway 176 and FM 1212 near
Tarzan at 230 PM CDT. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Lenorah and Tarzan.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
