Description:
At 621 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding on multiple streets
in Midland, including Wadley Street and North Midland Drive. Between
0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
