Northwestern Uvalde County in south central Texas... * Until 700 AM CDT Friday. * At 1142 PM CDT, another line of thunderstorms was producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 10 and 20 inches of rain have fallen over the past 48 to 60 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring and additional rain could exacerbate with additional flash flooding. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Reagan Wells, Laguna, Montell, Concan and Garner State Park.
