Western Mason County in west central Texas... * Until 700 AM CDT. * At 405 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with very heavy rain repeatedly tracking north across western Mason County. Between 1.5 and 2.25 inches of rain have already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.75 to 1.5 inches are expected in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
