East Central Val Verde County in south central Texas...
* Until 1115 AM CDT.
* At 816 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain falling across
the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE...Gauges reported.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. When
the river reaches 14.0 feet, (4.3 meters), Major
flooding. Life threatening flooding for recreationists
above Paffords Crossing to Amistad Reservoir. Flow is
near 150,000 cfs. Livestock should be moved from areas
vulnerable to major flooding.

Shores, Pafford Crossing, Spur 406 Campground and Devils River
