Description:
At 906 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding on
multiple roads across the warned area. Between 3 and 4.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but little
additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash
flooding.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Lenorah, Tarzan and Knott.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
