At 1028 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fallen across the warned area. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but little additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Coahoma, J B Thomas Reservoir, Luther, Westbrook, Vincent, Cuthbert, Knapp and Ira.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
