forecast.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling to 6.5 feet Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
