Sister Grove Creek Near Blue Ridge affecting Collin County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sister Grove Creek near Blue Ridge. * WHEN...From this evening to Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding along the creek is expected. Rural roads, along with farm and ranch land near the creek, will begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 20.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 25.1 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
