Neches River Near Diboll affecting Polk, Angelina and Trinity
Counties.
For the Neches River...including Diboll...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Neches River near Diboll.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon to late Saturday night.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect
flooded boat ramps and trails.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.2 feet
early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage late
Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.2
feet on 04/04/2017.

Instruction:
Do not drive cars through flooded areas. Caution is urged when
walking near riverbanks. Turn around, don't drown when encountering
flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
