Secondary and primary roads and low bridges flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.6 feet late this afternoon.
