Frio River Below Dry Frio affecting Uvalde County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Frio River below Dry Frio. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding reaches secondary and primary roads and low bridges. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 5.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 10.4 feet this morning and later rise to above flood stage late this morning to 12.4 feet this afternoon.
