Nueces River Below Uvalde affecting Uvalde County. Nueces River Near Asherton affecting Dimmit County. Frio River At Concan affecting Uvalde County. Frio River Below Dry Frio affecting Uvalde County. Very dangerous to campers upstream near Utopia.
