...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas...
Frio River Below Dry Frio affecting Uvalde County.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Frio River below Dry Frio.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding reaches crop and pasture
land near the river. Secondary and primary roads and low bridges
flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 15.5 feet
early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage this
morning to 11.2 feet this afternoon. It will rise above flood
stage again this afternoon to 15.4 feet this evening. It will
then fall below flood stage again late tonight.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
15.5 feet on 05/24/2015.
