* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Major flooding threatens structures near
the river in Kerrville and evacuations are probable below
Kerrville.

- At 3:35 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:35 AM CDT Thursday was 13.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.4
feet early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
late this morning.
