Secondary roads and low water crossings will become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 18.6 feet late this afternoon.
