Secondary roads and low water crossings will be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 16.6 feet this afternoon.
