Guadalupe River at Hunt affecting Kerr County. Cibolo Creek Near Falls City affecting Karnes County. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... Guadalupe River Near Spring Branch affecting Comal County. Medina River At Bandera affecting Bandera County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Guadalupe River at Comfort. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Moderate flooding in the Guadalupe River backs up Cypress Creek in the west edge of Comfort and additional heavy runoff down Cypress Creek floods the lowest homes. Low roads, bridges, and crossings over the Guadalupe River are very dangerous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:20 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 26.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:20 PM CDT Thursday was 37.1 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage this evening to 9.3 feet late tomorrow evening. It will then rise to 9.5 feet late tomorrow evening.
