Llano River at Llano affecting Llano County. * WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Pedernales River at Johnson City. * WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Major flooding makes secondary and primary roads below Stonewall to Lake Travis very dangerous.
