Frio River Below Dry Frio affecting Uvalde County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Frio River below Dry Frio.
* WHEN...Until late tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Moderate flooding reaches crop and pasture
land near the river. Secondary and primary roads and low bridges
flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 14.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 1:30 AM CDT Friday was 19.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage early this
morning to 10.1 feet late this morning. It will then rise
above flood stage late this morning to 13.7 feet this
afternoon. It will fall below flood stage again late this
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
