San Antonio River at Hwy 72 near Runge affecting Karnes and Goliad Counties. ...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in Texas... Guadalupe River Near Spring Branch affecting Comal County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Nueces River below Uvalde. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Major flooding extends well into the flood plain. Livestock in the flood plain should be moved to higher ground immediately. Highways 57, 65, 85, 190, and Farm to Market 1025 are flooded and closed.
