San Antonio River at Hwy 72 near Runge affecting Karnes and Goliad Counties. Nueces River At Laguna affecting Uvalde County. Frio River Below Dry Frio affecting Uvalde County. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas... Nueces River Near Asherton affecting Dimmit County. Nueces River Below Uvalde affecting Uvalde County. Frio River Near Derby affecting Frio County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cibolo Creek near Falls City. * WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Major lowland flooding of crop and pasturelands cut off many livestock and potentially drown them. Widespread flooding reaches secondary and primary roads, low bridges and crossings. Most of the Goliad State Park facilities downstream are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 20.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:15 PM CDT Friday was 20.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 23.8 feet late this evening.
