For the Llano River...including Junction, Mason...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Llano River near Junction. * WHEN...Until this afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur to ranch land.
