...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...
Llano River at Llano affecting Llano County.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Llano River at Llano.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding makes secondary
roads and low bridges in the flood plain dangerous to motorists
including the low water crossing of Ranch Road 3404/Slab Road near
Kingsland. Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties
loosened downstream in Kingsland.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:00 AM CDT Saturday was 20.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.3
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
this evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
12.1 feet on 05/29/2015.

Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Even 6 inches of fast-moving flood water can knock you off your feet
and a depth of 2 feet will float your car. Never try to walk, swim,
or drive through such swift water. If you come upon flood waters,
stop, turn around and go another way.
