Major flooding is forecast.
- Forecast...The river will gradually decrease through the coming
days while remaining in major flood stage.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
