* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Coryell, Falls, Hamilton, Lampasas, McLennan and Mills. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may result in additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches with isolated totals in excess of 4-5 inches. - weather.gov/safety/flood
