At 359 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Elbert, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of eastern Throckmorton County, including the following locations... Lusk and Us-183 Near The Throckmorton-Baylor County Line.
