Description:
At 757 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Littlefield to 10 miles northwest of Sundown, moving
northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Levelland, Littlefield, Morton, Sundown, Anton, Amherst, Spade,
Whitharral, Pep, Whiteface, and Opdyke West.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading
