Description:
At 435 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles southwest of Windthorst to near Westover,
moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Seymour, Archer City, Holliday, Scotland, Windthorst, Megargel, Lake
Diversion, Dundee, Westover, Mabelle, Mankins, Lake Kickapoo, and
eastern Lake Kemp.
Instruction:

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
