Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Utah, including the following county, Salt Lake. * WHEN...Until 415 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 314 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Up to an additional 0.5 inches of rain can be expected. Large hail has also been occurring with this storm, and may exacerbate drainage potential. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Murray, West Jordan, Taylorsville, Midvale, Holladay, South Salt Lake, Millcreek, Cottonwood West, East Millcreek, Canyon Rim, Mount Olympus and Sugarhouse.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
