* WHAT...Dry wash and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Excessive ponding in developed areas. * WHERE...Portions of central and southern Utah, including the following counties, in central Utah, Piute and Sevier. In southern Utah, Wayne. The heaviest rainfall is falling in Koosharem. * WHEN...Until 430 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 235 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause dry wash and small stream flooding. Between 0.75 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Koosharem and Greenwich.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
