* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Utah, within Grand County, including Highway 191. * WHEN...Until 1145 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Bartlett Wash and Courthouse Wash are the most likely places to experience flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of South Central Grand County - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
