Description:
At 346 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Howell, or 15 miles west of Tremonton, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Tremonton, Howell, Promontory, Penrose, Bothwell, Thatcher, and
Golden Spike Historic Site.
This includes Interstate 84 between mile markers 33 and 39.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
