Description:
At 438 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles southwest of Tooele Army Depot to 8
miles southeast of Skull Valley. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Tooele, Ophir, Tooele Army Depot, Tooele Army Depot South, Bingham
Canyon Mine, Camp Williams, Stockton, and Rush Valley.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
