East Central Beaver County in southern Utah... * Until 800 PM MDT. * At 452 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Cottonwood Burn scar in Beaver County. Between 0.25 and 0.6 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Beaver Creek downstream towards the Grove area in Beaver City. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials, but is expected to be largely muddy water and some tree debris. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
