At 444 PM MDT, Zion National Park dispatch reported flash flooding in Spry Canyon, Pine Creek, and the Overlook from earlier thunderstorms which produced heavy rain over those areas. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
