Southwestern Sevier County in central Utah... * Until 630 PM MDT. * At 328 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Silver King Burn Scar. Between 0.25 and 0.35 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. The heaviest rainfall is falling over Beaver Creek Canyon and Deer Creek Canyon. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Beaver Creek drainage and the Deer Creek drainage. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
