Description: 
At 611 PM MDT, Piute County Emergency Management reported Flash Flooding and debris flows in upper Bullion Canyon. Flash flooding continued downstream Bullion Creek but has remained below bridges at HW 89. Between 0.5 and 0.6 inches of rain have fallen from earlier thunderstorms. Flash flooding is already occurring. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Bullion Canyon. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Silver King Burn Scar...specifically Bullion Canyon SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the Silver King Burn Scar...specifically Bullion Canyon Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Miner's Park to Fireman's Park...Marysvale.

Severe debris flows can also be anticipated across roads. Roads and driveways may be washed away in places. If you encounter flood waters...climb to safety. Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe.
