* Until 915 PM MDT.
* At 610 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Remain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain.
Arroyos, streams, and rivers can become raging currents in a matter
of minutes, even from distant rainfall.
This area is prone to rockslides and mudslides in heavy rain. Stay
alert for rocks and debris on roads, and avoid driving on flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
