South Central Wayne County in southern Utah... * Until 1230 AM MDT. * At 926 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Sheets Gulch and Red Canyon. Flood waves originating from these areas will move downstream to the Freemont River. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
