Description:
At 1134 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain in Sheets Gulch and Red Canyon. Flood waves originating
from these areas will move downstream to the Fremont River. Between
0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of slot canyons and
normally dry washes.
