Description: 
At 809 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the Forsyth Burn Scar. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar resulted in a modest bump on the Santa Clara river gauge causing debris flow moving through the Santa Clara River and its tributaries. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding in and around the Forsyth Burn Scar.
