Description: 
The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a Red Flag Warning for dry thunderstorms and gusty outflow winds, which is in effect from noon Friday to 3 AM MDT Sunday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 494 Henry Mountains, Fire Weather Zone 496 Color Country Mountains and Fire Weather Zone 498 Grand Staircase. * WINDS...Friday and Saturday, southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph with little relief Friday night. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Friday and Saturday as low as 6 percent with little to no recovery Friday night. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected. Any new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly.
