* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The City of Martinsville, Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 155 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in
the advisory area.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Beaver Creek, Smith River and Mulberry Creek.
