Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast
Virginia, including the following counties and independent city,
in east central Virginia, Charles City. In south central Virginia,
Prince George. In southeast Virginia, City of Williamsburg, James
City, Surry and York.
* WHEN...Until 945 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 750 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Williamsburg, Claremont, Surry, College Of William And Mary,
Scotland, Rustic, Jamestown, Elberon, Cabin Point, Kings
Point, York Terrace, Governors Land, Spring Grove, Alliance,
Centerville, Brandon, Mount Airy, Williamsburg Airport,
Chippokes State Park and Savedge.
