HAZARD...Torrential rainfall and wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Ponding of water along highways could lead to hydroplaning. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Christiansburg... Radford... Pulaski... Wytheville... Dublin... Rural Retreat... and Boones Mill.
