* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of northern Virginia, including the following county, Loudoun. * WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1127 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding along Fleetwood Rd. in Arcola along Broad Run. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Heavy rainfall has come to and end, but small streams may still be rising. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... South Riding... Brambleton... Arcola... - This includes the following Flood Prone Roads...
