* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Virginia, including the following county, City of Manassas, City of Manassas Park and Prince William. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 404 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. While river and stream gauges have seen water levels drop, some still remain at Minor flood stage. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
