11 miles northwest of Randolph Macon College, moving north at 10 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

Chilesburg, Beaverdam, Cedar Fork, Coatesville, Hewlett, Ruther Glen,
and Noel.
